  My review is based solely on my experiences when I have been browsing the store. My boyfriend and I like to visit the store because we're animal lovers and love to give the cats scratches and love. We also love to look at the reptiles and fish. We even adopted our sweet male cat from the store 4 years ago. Granted we don't often buy items from the store, I don't see a problem with visiting the cats and giving them some attention. The last few times we've visited the employees have been incredibly rude. Carol, the cat lady whom we delt with when we adopted our cat, does nothing but complain to customers and despite us frequenting the store she asks us if we are 18 (we're both 24) and calls us kids every time when all we are doing is looking at the cats. She acts condescending and rude like we have no business being there. Today we were approached while peeking at the crickets in the fish department (yes, we love crickets too) and asked very forcefully if we needed anything, as if to say we should move on if we didn't. I understand the employees caution about perspective pet owners and wanting only the best for the animals but not everyone is a neglectful pet owner and customer should be treated better.
