  I only give this place 1 star because of the few hygienist I've had that were friendly and had a great bedside manner. The last experience I had confirmed that I will never return to this place again. I went in for a routine filling and had to be numbed multiple times because the dentist was unable to get it right the first time. The second time she administered the local anesthetic it ended up numbing the entire left side of my face including my eyes resulting in me being unable to blink my left eye. This is the first time this has ever happened to me. I informed the hygienist and dentist before they started doing work on me that I couldn't blink my left eye. The dentist commented that sometimes that happens and proceeded to prep my mouth to complete the filling. Knowing I couldn't blink, and with getting a filling I would've thought they would have offered some comfort measures to ensure I wasn't miserable while getting the filling. No, that wasn't the case. SO I had to request protective goggles/glasses before they got started knowing they would be drilling, spraying water and air into my mouth that would get into my eyes. They gave me the glasses and proceeded to work on my mouth. The experience was miserable. I couldn't blink my eye, I could feel air drying my eyeball out and asked if I could get a piece of tape to close my eye and can you believe they both laughed at me. I was infuriated. I literally felt like I was being tortured. Never asked if I as okay. Nothing. My eye, still wide open, started watering and I had to reach over and manually close my eyes with my hands to help lubricated and stop the irritation from the air hitting my eye directly. Still, they did not stop and ask how I was doing. Instead the dentist and hygienist talked amongst themselves, took breaks to watch the TV that was in the room, and treated me as if I wasn't even there. I felt like a fake dummy doll laying in the chair. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a medical professional. NEVER. No consideration to how I was feeling or ensuring my comfort. I wanted to get up from the chair so bad and leave without them finishing the procedure due to how uncomfortable I was and not being able to blink my eye. I will take my money elsewhere and find a new dentist. This place is a joke.

  This place will do ANYTHING to get their hands in your pockets. Stay far, far, away. My first experience here, I will say the staff was nice. However, after my routine cleaning, was told I had 9 cavities that needed to be filled and desperately needed a deep gum cleaning. I've never had a cavity in my life. When I asked how much all of this would cost, they handed me an estimate for over $1500. I quickly said thanks, but no thanks, and got a 2nd opinion at Hawthorne Dental up the street where I was told I had ZERO cavities and was advised to floss more often and come back in 6 months. This place is an absolute joke. Don't get scammed.
